The locality of Duće is  recognisable with its beautiful sandy beaches which extend for almost completely uninterrupted length of about 4 km, with shoals forming a natural phenomenon.
Duće is ideally situated on the coast between two town centres, the small and picturesque Omiš and large Split. Omiš lies below a fortress high on a cliff at the mouth of the emerald green river cetina and Split is the center of cultural and historical sights.
A mountain range extending right to the beach itself makes this region especially beautiful.
